ASUS Introduces ROG SWIFT OLED PG27AQDP “480Hz QHD” Gaming Monitor for $999 and ROG STRIX OLED “360Hz QHD” XG27ACDNG.

ASUS has revealed two brand new ROG OLED “QHD” gaming monitors, the PG27AQDP and the XG27ACDNG, with refresh rates of up to 480Hz.

ASUS ROG SWIFT OLED PG27AQDP and ROG STRIX OLED XG27ACDNG feature 27″ QHD panels with up to 480Hz refresh rates.

The two ASUS ROG OLED gaming monitors are intended to match the escalating high-refresh-rate demands of competitive gamers. Both models have 27″ designs and best-in-class OLED panels, which not only make your games appear fantastic but also allow you to experience fluid, crisp, and sharp images thanks to the technologies contained in these displays.

Starting with the ASUS ROG SWIFT OLED PG27AQDP, the gaming monitor features an anti-glare WOLED display with a QHD resolution of 2560×1440. This panel has a maximum refresh rate of 480Hz at QHD resolution, making it the world’s first monitor with this rating. ASUS is also introducing a new sub-pixel structure (RGWB), which improves image clarity. You also get OLED Anti-Flicker technology, Adjustable HDR, and OLED Care+ assistance, all with a three-year guarantee. The display is currently available for pre-order for $999 USD.

ASUS’s second monitor is the ROG STRIX OLED XG27ACDNG, which has a semi-glossy QD-OLED screen, a 360Hz refresh rate, and the same QHD resolution of 2560×1440. The monitor features USB Type-C 90W power delivery and a redesigned back design that provides a clear view and up to 30% improved heat dissipation.

ASUS has not yet announced the price of the Strix model, but it intends to launch in the coming months. All of the same features, including AI Visual, Extreme Low Motion Blur mode, OLED Anti-Flicker, Adjustable HDR, and OLED Care+, will be available on the ROG STRIX model, which comes with a 3-year guarantee.

Finally, ASUS has officially announced the ROG SWIFT PG27AQNR 360Hz gaming monitor, which features an Ultra Fast IPS display in a 27″ form.

This monitor is part of the newly announced NVIDIA and MediaTek partnership, which brings NVIDIA’s G-Sync technologies to MediaTek scalers for more cost-effectiveness and extending the range of G-Sync products. The monitor will support DP1.4, HDMI 2.1, and G-Sync Pulsar technology, as well as an ESPORT exclusive Dual Mode (2368×1332). The monitor will also update via the USB port, making firmware updates faster and worry-free.
