I have to admit that when I first started writing about video games approximately five years ago, I had no idea that I’d be writing furniture reviews later on. I must say that I was astonished when the heaviest parcel I’ve ever received arrived at my door, including the bits of a deluxe gaming chair. Then came the building procedure, which, despite having half good instructions, was not entirely idiot proof. It took me several hours to build my brand new Boulies Master Series gaming chair, owing to the fact that I connected every item possible the wrong way around. A few more signs or clearer instructions could have avoided the frustration here, but after assembly was complete, it was time for a test drive.
Simply told, the Boulies Master Series gaming chair is really comfortable. My edition of the chair is made of Water Repellent Fabric 2.0, which feels both durable and elegant, and the chair gives excellent support. The standard office chair functions are also available here, including convenient 360-degree turning and the option to lower and elevate your seat dependent on your position and choice.
So, clearly, these are the very minimum of features you’d expect from any budget office chair, so let’s dive into what makes the Boulies Master Series stand out. The number of modifications you can make to the armrests is incredible. Everything from the height, angle, and location of the armrests can be modified to your liking with the click of a button or two, and the padding provides just the right combination of comfort and stability.
Perhaps my fave feature of the Boulies Master Series is the “Dynamic Tilt Rocking Function”. Essentially, this implies that the chair can always rock back and forth 15 degrees, which is really pleasurable. Along with this, you may lock into a more severe reclining angle using one of the levers under the chair, allowing you to achieve optimum comfort and position yourself at exactly the right angle.
The final noteworthy feature of the Boulies Master Series gaming chair is the one that is most important to my household, but it will also benefit anyone who uses the chair for extended periods. My husband suffers from a connective tissue illness that impairs the stability of his spine and shoulders, making it difficult for him to locate seating that is supportive. The Boules Master Series has configurable lumbar support, and the backrest may be adjusted to better line with your spine using the knobs on either side of the chair. This is excellent for him (especially when combined with the adjustable armrests), and we now have a chair in the house that properly supports him. Regardless of your health, it is critical to care for your back, and this function makes it simple.
The Boulies Master Series chair is quite useful, but for many people, that wouldn’t matter if it didn’t match their environment. There are very few gaming/office chairs that are as stylish as this beauty. Whether you choose elegant leather or soft green cloth, there is bound to be a color/material selection that will suit you and fit into your house wonderfully.
I’ve been quite impressed with the Boulies Master Series gaming chair while it’s been in my home, although there are a few flaws. It is really heavy, and if you have a carpeted floor like we have, you will struggle to carry it about on the wheels. It also includes an extremely ineffective neck pillow, which we shortly abandoned.
